Body layout requirements: -
Crystals -
3 Selenite, 8 Moonstone, 3 Smokey Quartz
Colour -
Deep blue (use a piece of fabric)
Layout –
Place fabric out on a comfortable resting place. Cleansed crystals next to your body.
Placement –
1 Smokey Quartz between ankles and under sole of each foot.
1 Selenite between ankles, naval and top of head.
1 Moonstone either side of knees, hips, shoulders, heart and third eye.
Feel comfortable as you relax and bathe (even if the moon is not visible) in this divine feminine energy. Focus awareness with each breath as the moon takes on a whole new light!
