We are all on a path and YOU ARE exactly where YOU need to be!
The labyrinth may be seen as a replica of your path of life.
You personally might have had the opportunity to walk one and seen for yourself how you felt whether it be on foot or taking the journey in the mind.
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness.It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools.
Each person’s life is a sacred journey through change and transformation, welcoming growth and wisdom. We are continuously reminded to listen to your intuition, stretch out, take courageous steps along the way and optimizing our full potential whilst watching your self worth and unconditional love unfold petal by petal.
Are you ready? Great then lets celebrate your magnificence, follow me as I take you on a journey.
Quieten your mind from the outside, drawing your attention within, focus on your breath, becoming deeper and slower, repeat several times.
Meditation:-
Ever found yourself dreaming or actively walking in a sacred village – a place where you have always wanted to visit?
Take a moment to notice the vista before you, it is early morning, a freshness about the air.
You intuitively know the direction your journey will be taking you on.
Where is the village, is it local on a mountain top, in the bush, near the ocean or in a another country, speaking a foreign language.
No matter where it is, let your mind wander off as you go in search of a short narrow passage adjacent to an eye level wall. A weathered gate is slightly ajar.
To your amasement there is a light airy court yard, ornate arches and doorways leading off in different directions.
As you walk, each step is seen as a walking meditation – as you acquaint yourself with your surroundings, you hear soft music that fills you. You see a room with a blue light that is beckoning you, this path has been well walked by many before you. You smell a distinct fragrance that soothes and calms you. Look to the left and right, are there any markers worthy of note?
Now find a comfortable position to sit in and envelop yourself in a laser beam of blue light. This is the light of Archangel Michael.
Inhale this light deeply into all of your chakras from below your feet up to and beyond your crown, do this several times to feel the flow of energies.
We humbly ask Archangel Michael to cut all ties to any Old Energies and ask for your higher conscious self and his divine wisdom to cut the ties that are NOT for your highest good and intention at this time.
Simply trust and allow this process to happen effortlessly.
Once you feel ready to move again, you take a short walk in this awe inspiring sacred space.
Now, envelop yourself in a saffron gold beam of light, the golden light of a quiet, nurturing love. We ask the energies of Metatron to assist in this process…
Visualize this powerful beam of laser light filling the front and back of each chakra with a cone of positive, loving, nurturing energy.
We ask that this gold light fill all the energetically hollow spaces inside of your being and ask the golden light to nurture you lovingly.
There is a sense of love and stillness deep within. You have reached the centre of your walking labyrinth.
Pause and sit a while, TRULY embrace the sense of wholeness into your being.
We celebrate and thank you for the welcoming wholeness into your world and anchoring positive loving new energies to support the earth, yourself and those around you.
Step by step now you having shimmering illuminated marker stones in front of you, begin to walk out from the centre of the labyrinth to the beginning point of where your journey began.
Whilst you are walking out say the affirmations to focus your intent and seal in the positive energy.
